1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SDE Roadmap ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

SDE Roadmap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This includes:

  • Accessing and reading all educational content
  • Tracking your personal progress
  • Creating personal notes
  • Using the OA Practice Timer

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content
  • Copy or replicate the platform or its content for competing products
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content at scale
  • Remove or modify any copyright or attribution notices

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SDE Roadmap, including text, explanations, diagrams, code examples, and practice problems, is original content created for educational purposes. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SDE Roadmap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

Notes and progress data you create are stored locally in your browser. You retain ownership of any content you create. SDE Roadmap does not claim ownership over your personal notes or progress data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SDE Roadmap does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The content is complete, current, or error-free
  • Using the Service will guarantee interview success or job offers

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SDE Roadmap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as LeetCode, GitHub, etc.). SDE Roadmap is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
